Editor for a Day is run by award-winning journalist and editor Rachael Campey. There are few better qualified to help you tell your story and to get it noticed.
She is a communications specialist with a record of achievement in leading roles in both the public and private sectors. A writer and broadcaster, she works with you to develop content and newsroom skills. She also advises on media tactics and placement.
Rachael has edited three regional daily newspapers: the Yorkshire Post; the Plymouth Herald and the Exeter Express & Echo; and she was a news editor on The Times in London.
She has held senior roles in PR and stakeholder relations; and most recently was chief executive of a consultancy which provided intelligence briefings and networking opportunities for senior people in business, education and government. She is an experienced public speaker and has valuable expertise in presenting and facilitating events, including seminars and conferences.
She says: “Content is key. Get it right and people will come to you. But you have to work at it – and you have to know your audience.
